Charged Shots now deal their Direct Damage to enemies hit by the projectile while in-flight, but it no longer explodes upon impact (functionally removing Area Damage). Deals x3 damage vs Frozen targets. Additionally: x0.3 AoE Radius. Regular Shots do [5 plus 25% of their Direct Damage] Heat per shot which can ignite enemies, and 70% of the Charged Shot's damage is converted to Fire-element + Heat.
Shoot the Charged Shot with a Regular Shot before it impacts anything to make it detonate for 240 Damage and carve terrain within a 3m radius. Additionally: x0.8 Heat per Regular Shot and x0.8 Heat per Charged Shot.
Regular Shots now do 10 Fire-element Area Damage in a 1.5m Radius in exchange for -10 Direct Damage.

However it's geared for using the Goo Bomber OC instead.

You can also shoot V or X shaped goo trails in front of enemies, ignite one puddle with normal shots, and create a flaming goo area-denial zone.

Stack the EPC persistent plasma over flaming goo as it suits you. EPC persistent plasma slows enemies and does DOT so it synergizes well with goo by keeping enemies in the goo puddle for longer, as well as hurting them with the plasma cloud.

Goo ignition is a major area-denial or defensive tactic. Shoot 2-3 normal shots at a single pile of goo and watch it slowly spread across your trails of goo. If you keep laying fresh goo over top of other flaming goo you can keep the ignition process going as long as you have goo ammo, no need for the EPC.

The EPC has persistent plasma and plasma burn so you can stack DOT, as well as ignite your trails of goo with normal shots. Persistent plasma slows, so it's great for keeping enemies locked down in a flaming goo puddle.

If you shoot a charged goo shot straight-up above a praetorian or oppressor, the goo fragments will all fall on their head doing a great amount of damage. The charged shot should go nearly straight up, in front of a big boy's path. Watch it rain fragments on their head, one after another.
