Loadout Guide
This is a high-ammo build. Suitable for Haz4/5, but I never run it in EDDs so Im not sure how well it works there.
AG mixture is an underrated OC. It enables some build choices and tactics that I find interesting.
It seems to produce tighter spread on the goo fragments that spawn from charged shots, so you don't need to worry about increasing goo puddle size in tier 1 for goo ignition tactics to work.
You can launch your goo across a huge cave, forming puddles anywhere and igniting them anywhere for area denial zones where you anticipate bug pathing to take the bugs.
Your goo moves faster through the air, and floats, making it possible to hit macteras with normal goo shots in the mid-range with either charged or normal shots. Charged shots will often hit a few macteras at once if they're in a swarm.
You can launch charged shots at the ceiling even if it's far, and watch the goo fragments rain on mactera swarms or grunt swarms.
It allows you to more consistently slow-lock praetorians or dreadnoughts across the room where you're safe from their various attacks. Also goo does damage and applies DoT even if you miss the weakpoint.
The EPC is decked out to allow you to ignite your goo piles with 3 normal shots. It also has the "persistent plasma" OC so you can stack DOT and slow over goo puddles.
Persistent plasma slows a little bit, and does damage to all enemies in an area over time. You can stack the persistent plasma on top of a goo pile to do extra damage, and the extra slow makes them stay in the puddles longer.
