The first one lasts 5 seconds, and each bullet that hits will increase the DPS by +3.2, up to a maximum of 30 stacks (96 DPS). After its duration expires, you must apply a new instance and start stacking it again. The second Status Effect lasts 4.5 seconds, and its duration can be refreshed. If an enemy dies while the second one is active, then they will explode and damage nearby enemies proportional to the number of active stacks of the first effect. The explosion does (60 + 20*stacks) Typeless Damage, and the radius is (0.5 + SqRt[stacks]) meters.

12m range, no RoF penalty, 75 ammo clip, w/ 5 second sticky slow means this Driller can effortlessly create saving anti-swarmer flame fences, or focus-fire a bigass bug, or trap a whole wave in a flame meadow

(Flame meadow - Open fire at face level with the wave, then sweep the stream down to the ground by your feet while making wiggly S-lines. This will ignite the bugs, deal decent damage, then snag them as they walk over multiple lines of sticky flame. Much more ammo efficient than simply melting their faces, much more damaging than just painting the ground in front of the bugs.)

Rock Mover & Max Drill Fuel ensure that you will always be able to make space for your team to do battle. Excavating Tunnel mouths, ceilings, etc with the satchel charge can help funnel/direct bugs into advantageous terrain/LoS.

Subata "Lil' Ol' Faithful" sidearm is your answer for anything that hasn't died to your flames yet. I choose mactera coating over +dmg to flaming targets because it feels simpler & easier but the 12m flamer range makes the +dmg to flaming targets useable against mactera if you wish.
