Yeah, I don't so much "scout" as make this operation possible

+3 Penetrations
x0.85 Lock-On Time
+6 Max Number of Lock-Ons
Targets with 3 or more Locks are Electrocuted by the first Locked-On bullet that damages them. The Electrocute DoT does 12 Electric-element Damage per Second, slows enemies by 80%, and lasts for 3 seconds.
Full Lock adds 20% more Direct Damage to all shots fired during the burst.
Every time you release a Lock-On burst, the last bullet fired emits an aura of Fear to all enemies near you. For every bullet fired during the Lock-On burst, add 0.15 Fear to the aura (ranges from 30% Base Fear Chance at 1 Lock to 375% Base Fear Chance at 24 Locks). The aura's radius starts at 2.4m and each bullet fired during the Lock-On burst increases it by +0.15m (ranges from 2.55m at 1 Lock to 6m at 24 Locks).

Loadout Guide

It's no secret that the Engineer envies the Scout. Seeing that little blue lad fly past, his legs speedily treading air, has given the Engineer an insecurity complex. He aims to adjust his build the only way an Engineer knows how. Through gadgetry and overthinking it!

He takes his LOK-1 and tries to make it a Hipster M1000. The extra damage to weakpoints, and blowthrough means he'll have to pull off some trick shots. However, he trusts he knows the right way to arc the shots so blowthrough gives him much needed swarm clear potential. Either way he knows he doesn't sacrifice weakpoint damage, like that Scout must if they want their Hipster rounds to penetrate.

Aha! The Engineer knows he has another advantage here. He will be able to lock-on and fire up to 8 bullets in as much time as the Scout can fire off a single focus shot. And that's not all, he'll do bonus damage to enemies if he reaches full lock! Take that Scout!

But how will the Engineer gain the mobility of a Scout? Hmmm....Well, through some alchemy he brewed up some special powder for the Grenade Launcher he likes to call RJ250 that creates a concussive blast, capable of displacing lots of Dwarf and the air along with them.

He really stacked the ammo on this Grenade Launcher build so he could launch himself to new heights, repeatedly, but we all know it's so he can keep up with the Scout.

But what about the landing? The Scout is an insane Dwarf, always going splat! An Engineer doesn't tolerate this safety margin, and so he designed his Platform gun to cushion his landings. At least he'll survive long enough to rescue that flattened Scout. What's better is that he'll never have to beg for platforms from anyone.

What does that leave? Well, the Engineer doesn't have Zhuks nor a Boomstick. Wait, he has BOTH!

He has his trusty Gemini Turrets to provide covering sustained fire, and the Grenade Launcher can still be used offensively against a pack of grunts in a pinch.

Finally, the Engineer felt bad that he wasn't carrying his weight of minerals, so he decided to add some volume to his pack.

The Scout has been made obsolete, well, according to the Engineer anyway.
