Targets with 3 or more Locks are Electrocuted by the first Locked-On bullet that damages them. The Electrocute DoT does 12 Electric-element Damage per Second, slows enemies by 80%, and lasts for 3 seconds.
Full Lock adds 20% more Direct Damage to all shots fired during the burst.
Every time you release a Lock-On burst, the last bullet fired emits an aura of Fear to all enemies near you. For every bullet fired during the Lock-On burst, add 0.15 Fear to the aura (ranges from 30% Base Fear Chance at 1 Lock to 375% Base Fear Chance at 24 Locks). The aura's radius starts at 2.4m and each bullet fired during the Lock-On burst increases it by +0.15m (ranges from 2.55m at 1 Lock to 6m at 24 Locks).

After firing a line and a 0.4 second delay, the player can press the fire button again to manually detonate the line dealing 40 Explosive element Area Damage in a 3.5m radius and leaving behind a 3.25m radius sphere of Persistent Plasma that does an average of 35.56 Fire Damage per second and slows enemies by 20% for 4.6 seconds. If the player doesn't detonate it manually, the line explodes at the end of its lifetime.
Leaves behind a Persistent Plasma field that does an average of 20 Fire Damage per second for 4.6 seconds. The Plasma field's width is 2/3 of the beam's width, and extends along the entire length of the beam's path.
Adds a line above and below the primary projectile (multiple lines hitting doesn't increase DPS)

Loadout Guide

Primary: Lok1, Executioner, 11112 Dmg upgrade in tier1 allows you to dish out more dmg in shorter time and time to kill matters! Tier2 for single target focus, Tier3 and 5 have great synchronization with the OC to dish out the highest dmg possible after the target are afflicted with heat from our Inferno BC. Tier4 will allows you to hit that max lock fast. Overall, a great single target build.

Secondary: BC, Inferno, 22123 Simply a lighter for our Lok1 to shine nothing more nor less. Triple split line to apply heat fast, Stun to give Lok1 the time it need to lock and more dmg to beam allow Lok1 to do less work.

Nade: plasma burster

Perks: passive - strong arm, sweet tooth, born ready active - dash, berzerker

PlayStyle: This build with executioner lok1, allow you to have a reliable single target option with the plasma burster and BC as your horde clearing main. The way you will be using this lok1 is for example, start off by firing BC at praetorian or any other high hp target and getting them lit on fire(triple split line increase more surface area getting hit which increase more chance for heat to proc) then follow up with your executioner lok1 to finish them off. Executioner OC increase dmg against weakspot at max lock so you will need to curve your bullet to hit those weak points match this with dmg increase at full lock in tier5 and more dmg against burn/electrocuted target on tier3 now you have a very high dmg for single target combo. Try curve your max lock at the belly of spawn or trijaw and you will feel the punch! Still if they come in a group, I recommend you to clear them out with your BC instead, it will be faster and safer. Turret is made to be an extra support, single turret since you don't really need to interact much with 'em so just set it up and go roam. The stun option provide extra support since unlike other primaries Lok1 need that extra bit of time to charge the shot. Oppressor is my all time anti-engi bug even with this build I still using berzerker with double dmg pickaxe to get rid of it.
