After overheating, deal 60 Heat Damage and 100% chance to apply Fear to all enemies within a 10m radius. Additionally, reduces Overheat duration from 10 seconds to 5.
Every kill subtracts 0.6 Heat from the Heat Meter (maxes at 9.5 Heat) and thus increases the firing duration before overheating
After the Heat Meter turns red, 50% of the Damage per Pellet gets added as Heat which can ignite enemies.

Loadout Guide

I accidentaly created an anonymous loadout, so please consider this one instead.

Sorry I didn't put much effort into writing this text, but anyway... I find these two OCs to complement each other very well.

Bullet Hell (BlH) specializes in mid-to-long-range AoE sustained damage, while Experimental Rounds (ER) focuses on short-to-medium-range single-target burst damage. I went with ER over Lead Spray (LS) due to accuracy, since, in this context, BRT is mainly being used to target the HVT's weakpoints up close.

Before anyone asks, yes, I got frustrated trying to hit weakpoints with Bulldog.

Table with damage per mag / max damage:

BRT7 Build x0 Weakpoint x1 Weakpoint x2 Weakpoint x3 Weakpoint
23121 ER 900 / 5,760 900 / 5,760 1,800 / 11,520 2,700 / 17,280
23131 ER 900 / 3,600 1,260 / 5,040 2,520 / 10,080 3,780 / 15,120

Hollow-Point Bullets (T4.C), when properly used, has some close damage numbers to Expanded Ammo Bags (T4.B), but it allows you to kill HVTs more efficiently (shorter TTK).

And if you're using ER to shoot bugs anywhere other than their weak points, you might want to rethink your choices in life.
