All enemies damaged by the AoE have their movespeed slowed by 80% for 1 second.

Loadout Guide

The Electrocutioner uses a "Stubby" Volatic SMG with upgraded capicators and conductive bullets that deal extra damage to enemies falling victim to their electricity, and they have a chance to unleash an electric arc on nearby enemies. His Hydrogen Rupturing Diffractor has a large AoE and the ability apply more damage to elecrified enemies.
