Lowers the amount of charge required to fire a Charged Shot from 100% to 25%. The Damage and Ammo consumption of the shot is reduced proportional to the percentage charged (intervals of 25%, 50%, 75%, and the default 100%).

HEY YOU! HAVE YOU EVER WANTED TO STAND IN THE STREAM OF AN ARBALEST'S FIRE AND LAUGH AT IT'S FOOLISH ATTEMPTS TO HARM YOU?

I present to you yet another tank build. Mine is a little different from others you may have seen, and I'll explain why it's better, in my very biased opinion.

This build puts tanking at Priority #1, and everything else comes second.

ACTIVE PERKS: Iron Will, and your choice of Dash or Shield Link. Shields only regenerate when you're not taking damage, and shield link doesn't make us MORE tanky, so it's really just decreasing downtime. I don't know about you, but I'd rather have Dash.

PASSIVE PERKS: Vampire, Veteran Depositor, Born Ready.

The goal of this build is to ALWAYS have some form of defensive buff going at all times. When bugs show up, you are going to sit your butt on Molly to proc Vet Depositor, and you will NOT leave her side. Hold down fire with Autocannon for delicious 50% resistance, and when that runs out of ammo, switch to coilgun for 5 seconds. The coilgun has Hellfire on it and no charge speed increases, so it will ALSO be providing you 50% damage resist. Learn to pickaxe cancel the reload and you'll be set.

In hazard 3 you can tank multiple hits from dreads. I have not tried this build in haz 5.
