When the Heat Meter is greater than 50%, the Rate of Fire is increased by +5 (up to a maximum of 20 RoF).

Hazard 5 and EDD  build for high value targets and efficiency. Super fun to play.
Thermal Exhaust Feedback DRAK IMO is the best general use weapon that scout has. The only thing it might struggle with is dreadnoughts.
Zhukov Embedded Detonators help save ammo on the DRAK as damage efficiency is pretty much the best in the game. I focus use of the Zuk on big targets and DRAK can be used more liberally on mobs.
