CRSPR with Wave Cooker's Exothermic Reactor is always a solid choice! While I would choose some different mod options, the best build is the one that works for the person using it. The only trap option I see selected here is Drill T1 drill rate. I used it for a long time myself; when you're starting out it's the best mod, then I just never thought about it again. But then when you get T3 drill rate, it becomes a waste. DitNo explains it well here:
You can’t go wrong either way. I went with barbed because I rarely run out of fuel and sometimes I find myself getting caught up on an enemy while drilling up to a mineral deposit. Barbed also doubles your speed when using the drills to open ebonuts and meteorites.
