Like thermite, this build aims for strategic application of stupid high heat and punching holes in just about anything, at the expense of longevity. 13122 Inferno Breach Cutter will catch everything Praetorian or smaller on fire in one shot, and kill anything Grunt or smaller instantly along the way. Executioner deals stupid high damage to the weakpoints of enemies caught on fire, so you use it to murder anything impolite enough to survive a Breach Cutter shot.
The gameflow goes like this: Fire 1-3 Breach shots, switch to LOK to kill big enemies while Born Ready reloads the Breach, then repeat. This build also does extremely well against Dreads using the same general flow, and only has one real weakness: ammo economy. Againt both big swarms and single targets this build is decently ammo efficient, but against small trickles and medium waves you can burn through your reserves rather quick. Still, this is a minor gripe at worst and is easily counteracted by playing with teammates using weapons with decent ammo economy.
Some possible minor changes based on personal preference are:

21112 LOK, which sacrifices some of your big target damage for better ammo economy against smaller minions.

1211 (or even 1231) turrets, armor break gives them a small damage bonus that can add up and the mag size makes you have to babysit them less.

Lure instead of S.S.G.'s to make your Breach shots even more destructive at the cost of convenience
