Since they fixed the bug with Hyper Prop, you can no longer take the fire mod without losing base damage. Because of that I think Overdrive booster is now best for the care taker. Standard mods for the shard defractor allows for overheating bots quickly, doing big damage to the caretaker eye thanks to the weakspot boost, and it still has good ammo. base shard defractor is a strong weapon on its own right so even if you arent using the boost much before the big fight it still feels good to have. For the primary you want something with the range to hit vents if needed. MPA is a strong generalist with a good effective range that should have plenty of ammo. If you feel you have too much amm othen you can take pellets in T2. I'd also like to try out the new Stubby OC that gives weakspot damage and reduced spread in exchange for bigger vertical recoil. If you can handle the recoil that may even be better for the caretaker. Everything else is up to you. I like two turrets with this set up so I can use turret whip on the robot arms twice as often. SSGs are just my favorite grensde and makes the hacking pods sections easier. None of the other grenades seem super great for the boss fight anyway. Enjoy.
