    So this build is rather unlike my other builds for a very specific reason. As I said in my Driller build, all builds are built with a specific niche in mind. Driller CCs and DOTs, Engineer has a pocket army, and the Gunner... guns. But the Scout? I leaned into a non-combat focus for him and made him the zippiest guy in the game. Additionally, I gave him the perks that allows him to carry even more goodies. Deep Pockets, Strong Arms, Unstoppable, with the Active Perks of Iron Will and Field Medic for all of your clutch moments.
