If you intend to utilize Explosive Reload, the better way to mod the Subata is 2113X. 8 shots in the mag and both ammo mods give more explosive shots to utilize. Tier 3A gives you more accurate shots to hit where the Driller's primary weapons can't reach. Tier 5 is up to you, depending on what primary you use.
