Not bad. You can also use the Ice Storm overclock modded 11232 and get the benefit of Cold Radiance to keep yourself from getting overwhelmed.
Also, Energy Rerouting is great for the charged shot economy, but you could go with tiers 1A and 2B if you want to better utilize it for normal shots.
