I run 32213 on my bullet Hell as you need A3 to hit stuff, C3 doesn't really do anything for you vs C2 bringing a whole swarm to a stop. You need as much dmg as you can get so B2 and D1 are picked and if anything is still alive E3 will make sure they are not having a good time of it.
