I would think with how accurate Impact Deflection ultimately makes the weapon, and that you're relying on Thermal Feedback Loop for a dps boost, you would want the head reduction of Improved Thermals. Sure it gets you into the red zone slower, but it lets you spend more time there.
I've run ID since the DRAK25 came out, and I have always found that 1B Perk to make a huge difference in heat management and being able to lay as much fire as I need for as long as I need.
Okay. I appreciate your input, but I don't usually have to hold the trigger that long to warrant the use of that mod. Having faster projectile speed is better for me so I won't have to lead a moving target so much.
