I personally thing damage on the drills is better then other to upgrades in T1 as it can save your life in when you really need it and give you another source of ammo if your starting to get low on your other weapons. Rock mover's craters can also be used like pesticide platforms if your smart as they heavy increase the distance the bugs need to travel.

Yeah, I do see some of the mistakes I made in this guide. As you can tell Driller is my least played class, so the small nuances are lost on me. As for reload canceling, It's something I should have included in my guide, but I had a hard time putting the technique into words.
1) I highly question heat over trail duration at T2. And if that's there to quickly ignite larger targets, then: 2) I question explosions over aura at T5 - the latter can do that, and also help with naedocytes/shredders. Between the trail and the burning, it's unlikely that you will finish things off directly, and trying to do is just wasting ammo on exploding bugs which are basically already dead anyway to kill bugs that will burn down soon anyway. I think 23221 is better and builds good habits
